For urban housing settings with limit parking, and areas where garage modifications cannot be changed, a 3-level driveway lift is the answer to your residential parking needs. Two-cars can be stored underground while another car can be parked on top of the canopy at the street level. A vehicle present sensor will keep the lift from operating when there is a vehicle on the canopy.
